Same problem here using the Intel driver (default Xorg settings) with
Hardy Heron beta on a Dell OptiPlex 745 machine.  I am attaching a copy
of the dmesg for the working machine (i.e. booting without Xen) and the
Xorg log.

Please note that I was able to get Xen to work with Fedora 8 on this
same machine also using the intel driver.  But probably its intel driver
was older than the one shipped in Hardy.
