If you need first class Eclipse support/integration, use Fedora; They have really put a lot of effort into Eclipse support. I prefer Ubuntu over Fedora, and I am just going to stick with Eclipse 3.2 for another half year. I assume (hope) Ubuntu 8.10 will include Eclipse 3.4
