Hi Till I have my R51 with windows printing with the same cable and printer. Really had no problems till late in the life of Gutsy, that is where it all started then Hardy has never worked. Other then reloading differnt OS's nothing else has happened. I even purchased a new USB to Centronics Parallel cable and have since purchased a Centronics to serial adapter that will plug into my T61 (T61 does NOT have a parallel connector anymore...
