I can confirm this bug on three differents computers all w/ 82865G and using the intel driver #lspci 00:00.0 Host bridge: Intel Corporation 82865G/PE/P DRAM Controller/Host-Hub Interface (rev 02)
I think the bug come from the packages xserver-xorg-video-intel version 2:2.1.1-0ubuntu9.1 in gutsy-update.
