I got the same error just after press "Enter" key in GRUB menu and then
mi Laptop seems to sleep (black screen and nothin else) and it takes
about 3 to 4 minutes to ask me my user-name and password!!!... as I r
read from you, "...it's just the message but everything seems fine", but
that's not my case, since 4 minutes y a looooog period of time to
start... I also have tried Hary 8.04 Beta, but it's worst, since the
ugly messages do not appear anymore, BUT the silence came because soud
card is no recognized properly by ubuntu.
¿can some body help me?
Mi laptops is ACER Aspire 5050, AMD Turion 64, IGB RAM, ATI Radeon
Express 1100
