This bug is due to the fact that the file in question has its default language set to Dutch but is written in English. If you happened to have the Dutch dictionary installed it would probably highlight every word in the document. Reassigning to example-content. I'm not sure why this happened to work on the upstream version before. Maybe some versions (releases) of the oo-cd-cover.odg are created properly.
