New updated kernel did not solve this problem!

The "[Caps lock] + [Scroll lock] death-blinking-LED with frozen-screen"
-syndrome remains after updated my Notebook PC with the latest 8.04 Beta
kernel "2.6.24-14-generic".

There is NO problem at all when running via the build in wired-LAN. But
as soon as I switch back to wireless-LAN myPC will freeze within
20minutes. I switching between Wireless-LAN and Wired-LAN using nm-
applet 0.6.6 from http://www.gnome.org/projects/NetworkManager/ the
default panel-toolbar in 8.04 Beta.

SYMPTOMS:
Random hanging leaving [Caps lock] and [Scroll lock] LED-blinking and the
screen and mouse are frozen...
...only way out is to reboot by unplugging batteries and power adapter.

LEDS:
- Num_lock OFF
- Caps_lock BLINKING
- Scroll_lock BLINKING

HW Notebook PC:
- Dell Latitude C810 (1GHz, 512MB and build in 32Mb Nvidia graphics)
- D-Link DWL-G630 (pc-card Wifi adapter)

WHAT IS TRIGGING THIS SYSTEM TO FREEZE?:
- Wireless LAN!!!
