Public bug reported:
The option to grant or not grant a user control of your desktop through
VNC is currently in System -> Preferences -> Remote Desktop but if VNC
is set to ask for your confirmation a checkbox should also be displayed
in that window with the setting to grant or not grant desktop control to
the remote viewer.
