Public bug reported:

It's displaying two glowing dots, and a moving blue swoosh -- exactly
what it used to do for the few seconds it took to get an IP address
via DHCP. But now it already has an address, yet is still 'spinning'.

Source package: network-manager-applet

Description: Ubuntu hardy (development branch)
Release: 8.04

** Affects: network-manager-applet (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
