The issue happened in moblin, but has been fix released in network-
manager 0.6.5-1moblin1, pls. refer to bug#178691.

- Create new wireless network & connect to other wireless network dialog
- disabled all other areas except for the dialog itself. Found the issue
- in moblin-applets 0.27-0ubuntu3 and network-manager 0.6.6-0ubuntu5 on
- Hardy
+ Using UME outside of an image, in a normal desktop system that happens to 
have a touchscreen. Have updated to latest packages, but a network manager does 
not show up by default when the desktop loads. If launch nm-applet from a 
terminal, a network manager applet shows now.
+ Create new wireless network & connect to other wireless network dialog 
disabled all other areas except for the dialog itself. Found the issue in

  Reproduce steps:
  -------------
  1. Click network configuration icon on status bar.
  2. Click "Connect to Other Wireless Network...", when the "Connect to Other 
Wireless Network..." dialog pops up, try to click soft keyboard to input 
network name. Click "Cancel".
  3. Click "create new wireless network", when the "create new wireless" dialog 
pops up, try to click soft keyboard to input network name. Click "Cancel".
  
  Current result:
  -------------
  In step2&3, Soft keyboard cannot be launched, and all other applications or 
marquee plugin cannot work.
  
  Expected result:
  -------------
  1.Can launch soft keyboard to input strings.
  2.The pops up window should not impact other application, marquee plugin to 
work correctly.
