I have this under Hardy. Below is Totem's konsole output (no hard out debugging symbols or anything, sorry, haven't read up on all that) NB I'm using Xubuntu Hardy. I installed Gnome Settings Demon a few hours ago for something else, but I'm still in XFCE4 3gp Video appears fine but without sound. Video created on Nokia 6234. Beware my comment in the console output.

I installed good, bad AND ugly, to no avail. Google didn't show up a lot of promising information. I might try later in Gnome and see if that helps (!!!!) Thanks guys.
