Hello and thanks for reporting this bug. What do you mean exactly by "does not work" ? All extensions are marked to work with a specific set of firefox/epiphany versions. Usually during alpha/beta stages, extension developers don't release a new version marked accordingly immediately after a new firefox release. This is normal and will be fixed eventually.
In the meantime you can try this link : it is a development version of AdBlock Plus which is allowed to work with beta 5.
