could you install the network-manager-dbgsym, the libnm-util0-dbgsym and
libnm-glib0-dbgsym packages and reproduce this bug? Then attach the
syslog after the crash happened again? The apt lines needed for the
dbgsym packages are documented on
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingProgramCrash. Adapt the lines for hardy
accordingly.
