Still doesn't work for me: bluetooth-properties still crashes with that
D-Bus "out of memory" error after a fairly long wait (during which I see
no noticeable rise in memory usage):

process 11360: arguments to dbus_message_new_method_call() were incorrect,
assertion "_dbus_check_is_valid_path (path)" failed in file dbus-message.c line
1074.
This is normally a bug in some application using the D-Bus library.

** ERROR **: Out of memory
aborting...
Aborted (core dumped)

This is with a Hardy patched up to 2008-04-08 on a dual-core amd64, connecting
an Apple wireless keyboard to an Acer Aspire 5050's internal Bluetooth adapter.
The only change I see with the latest updates is that I can no longer seem to
conjure up the passphrase prompt.
