Hi, your post gave me right direction.
The pulseaudio daemon was running properly (and had no conflict with other 
application).
But when I killed pulseaudio daemon and started it again, rhythmbox was after 
that not responding at all (it freezed after pushing the play button).
So I killed the daemon again, reinstalled the whole pulseaudio and started it 
again. From this time, everything is OK.
Strange fix, because all updates I had up-to-date.
