I can confirm the behavior reported by Ralf Nieuwenhuijsen.
Additionally, I can also confirm that the Windows key is treated as a
normal key when setting up the shortcuts through the keyboard shortcuts
application. Every time I try to set up a shortcut that uses the WinKey,
it is set as "Super L", which I think means "Left Super" and not
"<Super>L". ccsm captures the shortcuts properly. I managed to setup the
shortcut to my desktop to <Super>D with gconf-editor, and it works
properly, so this sems to be a bug that is purely into the keyboard
shortcuts application.

I'm also using Hardy, and I think this is definitely worth fixing before
the final release.
