This file seems to be identical to the smb.conf.ucf-old file that you sent over previously. Is there any other smb.conf.ucf-* files left behind, such as .ucf-dist or .ucf-new? Best would be to save copies of all of the files resulting from the merge attempt (smb.conf, smb.conf.ucf-*, and possibly /var/lib/ucf/cache/\:etc\:samba\:smb.conf) and forward them on.
