Binary package hint: gparted

I have HP Pavilion dv5000 laptop.
I tried to install Ubuntu 8.04 amd64 desktop BETA, but gparted don't see 
existing partitions. I have 3 windows partitions and 2 linux, from which one is 
swap partition. Gparted sees entire disk as an unpartitioned space.
The only way to use 8.04 is as live cd.

This is the output from fdisk:
