Public bug reported: Binary package hint: amarok
Part of the functionality of Amarok is unavailable (musicbrainz mp3 tag lookups) and the user is not made aware as to how to correct the problem clearly enough. I don't believe this should be an issue at all, Amarok should install the libtunepimp5-mp3 package as a recommended package during installation. I've encountered this issue with Hardy Beta Package: libtunepimp5 Versions: 0.5.3-6ubuntu4 (/var/lib/apt/lists/archive.ubuntu.com_ubuntu_dists_hardy_main_binary-amd64_Packages) (/var/lib/dpkg/status) Package: amarok Versions: 2:1.4.8-0ubuntu5 (/var/lib/apt/lists/archive.ubuntu.com_ubuntu_dists_hardy_main_binary-amd64_Packages) (/var/lib/dpkg/status) ** Affects: amarok (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- libtunepimp5-mp3 should be installed with amarok https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/214530 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Kubuntu Team, which is subscribed to amarok in ubuntu. -- kubuntu-bugs mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/kubuntu-bugs
