I've filed a separate bug report here: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xen-3.2/+bug/214821 I'm using lvm instead of loopback image, and I've tried to change to hda without success. Todd says: "I still think it might have to do with the initrd, but not sure what exactly.
