Hi. Thanks for reporting this behavior, but this is a Google "feature" which detects the connecting IP address and redirects to the localization it thinks is best suited. Pressing the go to Google.com in English button fixes this.
There is currently no way for the browser to hide you current IP address, unless some extensive privacy mechanisms are used, which are mostly not available in today's networks.
