Camorama is an old program that uses V4L (Video 4 Linux), but your iSight is an V4L2 device. uvcvideo doesn't have a working compatibility mode for V4L1. You would need to patch camorama (which isn't actively maintained anymore) to use V4L2. Or you can use the newer and better Cheese. :D
