Yes, I had suspected that this was the case. However, upon playing around
with it some more, the bug still exists. It's like when I go to
system>preferences>screensaver it just restarts X. It only does it
sometimes. Maybe it's after the screensaver has taken the screen and then
you go back to your Desktop. It's not that big a deal really.
