Binary package hint: evince

If I check the yes box in a form using acrobat Reader, then save it, and
reopen it in evince, Evince shows the No box as checked.

To reproduce:
1) Download form from www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f1040nr.pdf
2) Using acroread, check Some Yes boxes on page 5
3) Save and reopen in Evince --->Evince shows the No boxes as checked
