I checked the code and cannot find an obvious reason for this. Also, I
just tested a dapper->current hardy dist-upgrade (although my dapper had
postgresql-8.1, not 7.4, but that shouldn't matter so much). I got the
obsolescence warning, but it did have '8.3', not '8.2'. So this needs
further investigations and upgrade tests.
