Patrice, This happens to me with 1280x768 resolution, so it seems to be a problem that spans several resolutions.
Michael James, I can confirm that changing the theme to crux makes the problem go away. Changing back to human theme resurfaces the problem. However, changing the default theme is not a viable solution, since this affects people using other themes (Clearlooks, for example).
