Public bug reported: Hardware: HP Pavillion DV5000, core-duo, 2G ram Software: Hardy-rc alternate install CD
description. When selecting Install from the options menu after the CD boots, I get a error "Critical Temperature Reached (0C)" and the system shuts down. This has not happened before on Feisty or Gutsy. I can perform an installation by inserting acpi=off in the boot options. -Greg ** Affects: ubuntu Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Hardy-RC Critical Temperature error https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/219469 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
