As you can see in the attached screenshot, after last compiz update I'm 
experiencing some graphic corruption.
I'm using a 2.6.24-16-server 32bit kernel, with nvidia restricted driver on a 
7600 card, but the problem is present even on -generic and -rt kernels.
Tipically it happens after a zoom-out|cube rotation|zoom-in, and it seems like 
screen is not correctly redrawn. Everything but some widgets on the top panel 
(like date/time) looks like a bit zoomed out, and out of focus: this seems 
confirmed by the grey bar on the right of screenshot, which is nothing but the 
a part of the background of the desktop-cube.
Interacting with windows, desktop and panels leads to a correct redrawing of 
items.
