I have a4 in /etc/papersize and also in my HP Deskjet 952C settings (using
hpjis drivers). Locale settings an EN_GB UTF8.
When I print a page in Firefox on an A4 paper, the format is wrong (as if the
printer was trying to print on a US-Letter sized page).
Openoffice prints the correct format.
