Ok, I have checked the new debian packages in sid, and they don't build
graphviz with gtk/cairo enabled. I have found a similar bug request on
debian bugzilla:

http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=457433

This feature is likely not te be added anytime soon.

For the impatients, I have managed to get a graphviz version with gtk
and cairo enabled built against the graphviz package from hardy tree. I
put an attached debdiff that should do the trick.

Regards!
