Same problem with the fonts here. soon I will reïnstall Kubuntu-KDE4 when hardy wil be released (the day after tomorow). I'd try many things to find out wat was the problem but nothing I'd try solved the problem.
The problem for me started when I chose anaother theme then the default one in KDE4's systemsettings. When I wanted to change the theme to KDE4's default it went wrong: a) there was no option in the theme list to go back to default. The only thing that helps was the button below to go back to default (in dutch it was "standaard" I don't exactly know what is should be in the english version). b) the proces in wich the system settings are changed back to normal takes very very long (my pc was working one night and after that night it wasn't finished...
