Hi All, Yes this "could" be with compiz-fusion. Try disabling effects like those burn, lamp etc. Use minimize effect instead. this can be configured from the compiz configuration. This should work, but not 100% sure. Hoping for better fix from Ubuntu 8.04 tomorrow.
