** Description changed: - I can't perform package updates via an adept updater tool since i get - the error message as follows: "There was an error commiting changes. - Possibly there was a problem downloading some packages or the commit - could break packages". This error occurs every time i am about to patch - the system updates. I've tried to do it from CLI but it doesn't show any output after launching an adept_updater from CLI. + I've started from kubuntu edgy beta cd, and then i performed a dist-upgrade which went very smoothly, and gave no pain. The problem occured after applying the updates.
