Public bug reported:
I have installed etckeeper on an uptodate hardy and configured it to use bzr.
when I make an update using the update-manager it says:
"Update is completed
Not all changes and updates succeeded. [...]"
and in the details I can see that it tried to make a no change commit:
ignored 30 file(s).
If you wish to add some of these files, please add them by name.
Committing to: /etc/
bzr: ERROR: no changes to commit. use --unchanged to commit anyhow
E: Problem executing scripts DPkg::Post-Invoke 'if [ -x /usr/bin/etckeeper ];
then etckeeper post-install; fi'
E: Sub-process returned an error code
