Public bug reported: I just did a fresh install of 8.04 32 bit. After the installation, The display does not work. I get the flashing random colors. Trying to get to console using Alt F1 it hangs. I am using Sun workstation w2100 with nvidia fx5200 and dell 20in wide screen monitor. The beta version was working but very slow ( xorg was using70-90% of one of the cpus) Ubuntu 7.10 was working good.
