- I have a hard disk with windows XP installed with the SATA controller in
- AHCI mode and I try to install 8.04 RC booting from the Install CD and
- making all the installation but after first reboot GRUB fails with error
- 17, when I try with native IDE mode Ubuntu installs OK, my motherboard
- is a Gigabyte GA-MA78GM-S2H.
+ I can´t install Ubuntu 8.04 Hardy on my Gigabyte GA-MA78GM-S2H with the
