could you edit /var/lib/dpkg/info/openct.postinst and add a "set -x" as second line, and then run "LANG=C dpkg --configure --pending"? (run both as root). that way we would get detailed information what is going wrong, with error messages in english (sorry, I don't speak french, but from what I can see the openct postinst script fails for some reason - not sure where exactly, thats why I need it to be run with "set -x" once more).
