Public bug reported: Binary package hint: sonata
Version info: uname -r: 2.6.24-16-generic sonata : Version: 1.4.2-1ubuntu1 When starting Sonata, if the gnome-panel containing the system tray is in a vertically aligned position (i.e. along left or right of the desktop), the Sonata tray icon is not displayed. By dragging the panel to the top or bottom of the screen, the icon is made to appear, and it remains there if the panel is dragged back to the original vertically aligned position. Similar bugs: Bug 210384 indicates a similar situation where the icon size is incorrect (in that bug, the icon is too large.. in this one, it does not show up [although I suspect the issue may be that the size is being set to something like 1x1]). ** Affects: sonata (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Sonata icon does not display properly on vertically aligned panels https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/222014 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
