I have confirmed this bug in Hardy. I am connecting to a 2003 Exchange Server with Evolution 2.22.1. To reproduce this, select Folder -> Subscriptions, select account using Exchange connector. Expand All Public Folders and check the desired public folders, click Close. The Public Folders never show up in folders, even after restart.
