Just to add, that this bug also prevents shorewall from running properly if it is started with traffic control enabled, i.e. if /etc/shorewall/shorewall.conf has the line
TC_ENABLED=Internal which i believe is default for shorewall -- [hardy] running wondershaper gives 'What is "flowid"?
