Same thing for me. I upgraded from Gutsy to Hardy.
I have a Toshiba Satellite A80. Suspend to RAM had been working without flaw since Dapper. Now, on wake-up, I have a black screen with a number and "drm_sysfs_suspend" After one minute, It resumes normally.
