I have the same problem, I can't find a workaround for polkit-gnome- authorization. If it helps, you can revoke the blocks using the command- line, which will stop polkit-gnome-authorization from crashing, although it obviously doesn't fix the underlying problem. You run polkit-auth --obtain org.freedesktop.policykit.revoke to grant yourself the revoke privilege, and then polkit-auth --revoke ACTION_NAME to revoke the block. You might have to have the environment variable POLKIT_AUTH_FORCE_TEXT set to see anything, I did.
