Oh yeah, me too. Namely updating Ubuntu Studio 7.10 to 8.04. I had to remove audacious, audacious-plugins and audacious-plugins-extra to get it to work at all. After dist-upgrade I did a reinstall of audacious (whitout the -extra). Now they dont work or something, I really dont know much anymore about these packages.. This is getting pretty confusing, and I had lots of trouble getting them off my machine in the first place.
