Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: nvidia-glx-new
If I use nvidia-settings to set the external monitor to be located ABOVE
my laptop panel using twinview, no title bars are drawn on any windows
on either screen (it doesn't make any difference if I use compiz or
metacity).
The gnome-panel is set to the top of the first display. Both the laptop
panel and external monitor are 1680x1050.
It works better if I set the external monitor to be on the right of the
laptop panel, ie at least the title bars are drawn on both screens.
Version information:
Ubuntu 8.04 AMD64
kernel 2.6.24-16-generic x86_64
