Thanks for your reply, Jim. I'm actually going down the 2.6.25 route at the moment, but I've always had trouble tweaking the kernel on her lappy, so I expect I'll be giving -rt a try later tonight. I'll post if there are any significant changes to the situation.
Oh, two more crashes since my last post, both while using firefox. This is, by far, the highest frequency we've experienced. Too bad this is so random...
