Michael, I already did in the previous post. I solved my issue by doing a fresh install from Hardy's Live DVD. The installation process went flawlessly and I was able to preserve all my desktop layout by manually partitioning the hard drive and importing user settings.
The installation erased my old system files, so I can't post any more recent logs, sorry. Thanks for your concern!
