Could someone who is experiencing this problem please try the install
again, switch to one of the virtual terminals when it is starting up
(ctrl-alt-f2), run `sudo nano /usr/lib/ubiquity/migration-assistant/ma-
apply` and stick set -x on the second line, then attach the logs as per
usual when the installation fails.
