I am not getting the "transport endpoint" error, but ~/.gvfs locations are not working after logout. I created an sftp bookmark with Connect to Server, and when I link to it, the link is actually to ~/.gvfs as expected, but after reboot the ~/.gvfs folder has disappeared, and doesn't even reappear if I open the bookmark and navigate the files.
