Binary package hint: pidgin
Minimised pidgin window in task bar doesn't flash when a new IM is
recieved.
This is very irritating as we cannot respond to IMs quickly.
Is there any solution for this ?

This is Expected : Minimised pidgin windows in taskbar should flash and
change its color
