I found a work around:
Start FF3
Type in the adresfield: 'about:config' and press <ENTER>.
Then scroll to: 'layout.css.dpi'
Change the value to: '96' or '72'. -->> now the problem does not appear anymore.
====================
It has something to do with the resolution in combination with FF3.
When I install FF2 on Ubuntu 8.04 (=same pc) the problem does not exist.
When I connect a different monitor (1024x760) to this pc: there is also no
problem. When I reconnect the Samsung: the problem re-occurs.
